Kendall Securities Limited

Kendall Securities Ltd was incorporated on 12 May 1989 with an initial share capital of N100,000 divided into 100,000 units of ordinary shares of N1.00. On 15 May 2000 its paid up share capital was increased to N20,000,000. On 27 April 2001 it was registered by Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as Broker/Dealer and subsequently became a pioneer dealing member of Abuja Stock Exchange (ASE).

The Abuja Stock Exchange is yet to commence operation as it is being converted to a Securities & Commodity Exchange by the Federal Government. Kendall Securities Ltd also a Member of Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria (APFN) presently conducts its stock trading activities through First Stockbrokers Ltd (FSL). The enhanced Capital base being sought through this private placement would enable Kendall Securities to secure a Dealing Licence from the Nigerian Stock Exchange and become a more active player in the Nigerian Capital Market.
